Description
This was a fun project that I did for a Christmas present last year. I haven't really seen anything like this around (If there is, I apologize) so I thought I'd give it a go.
Basically it's a "3D" photo using 4 layers of flat clear acrylic with 1/4" spacing between the first 3 layers and 1/2" spacing between the last layers. I then photoshopped a composite scene that had multiple layers and printed each layer out on vinyl. I then hand cut each print and applied to the backside of the acrylic and got this result.
It's much more dynamic in person when you can actually rotate it and see how the layers work but I think you get the idea here!
I'm actually very proud of this piece and will be experimenting with this method further in the future.

i have done something VERY similar in the recent past... i thought it was an odd request but liked the idea... glad to see someone else doing it... if i get photos of the original one i did then ill post them... if not ill make a new one... nice work man!
